Terms of Service
-Payment is due BEFORE the commission is started
-Refunds are available during the sketch stage ONLY (You will only be refunded 3/4 of the amount initially paid)
-Clients are shown a completed sketch before moving onto the final stages
-WIP images after the approval of the sketch are shown to the client upon request
-Clients are allowed 2 edit requests. Any edits after will require compensation of $10 or more depending on the edit(s).
-ONLY SMALL EDITS will be made after the sketching stage
Ex:
-Slight color/marking edits
-Small line editsImportant
-You do not own full rights to the commissioned work, meaning you are not allowed to print and/or sell the artwork for profit, claim it as your own work, edit it, have some one else alter it, or use it for self promotion of a product, website or similar without my consent. If you wish to do any of the actions listed above you will have to purchase the rights to the artwork. Please discuss this with me.
-No watermarks may be removed at any time
-If posting elsewhere, please provide a proper link back to the artist/original submission
-You do not have permission to use my work in anything remotely associated with NFTs, AI or similar
-Cryptocurrency is not an acceptable form of payment
